Public Area Attendant
- OperationParticipate in daily briefings.
- Attend daily briefings and be aware of the importance of Standard Operating Procedures for all areas of responsibility.
- Clean all assigned areas of the hotel and report defects to the Supervisor.
- Follow up with the Supervisor on reported defects.
- Attend daily briefings for all Public Area staff and monthly meetings with the Senior Executive Housekeeper.
- Attend all training related to Public Area.
- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by Management.
- Main Complexity / Critical Issues in the Job
- Knowledgeable in handling cleaning equipment, especially for Public Areas.
- Join the pre-opening team of two brand-new hotels

- workplace regulations.
- Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
- Strong commitment to service excellence and professional standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Relevant professional certifications and English proficiency are advantages, depending on the
- position.
