Mô tả công việc:
- Supervise daily security operations, including patrols, CCTV monitoring, access control, key management, traffic control, and incident response to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, colleagues, and hotel assets.
- Investigate security incidents, accidents, thefts, suspicious activities, guest complaints, and emergencies, ensuring proper documentation, reporting, and follow-up actions.
- Support the implementation and enforcement of fire life safety, emergency response, evacuation, and security procedures, maintaining readiness at all times.
- Maintain security records, incident reports, logbooks, lost & found documentation, and departmental operational procedures in compliance with hotel standards.
- Coordinate with hotel departments, VIP arrivals, special events, contractors, and local authorities to ensure effective security coverage and risk management.
- Assist in training, coaching, scheduling, and developing Security Officers while ensuring compliance with hotel policies, grooming standards, and safety regulations.
- Promote excellent guest service, professional conduct, and a collaborative working environment while supporting Hyatt’s values, culture, and operational objectives.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Safety & Security Manager, Security Supervisor, or a similar position in a 5-star hotel environment.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
- Good command of spoken and written English, with strong communication, presentation, and influencing abilities.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of hotel security operations, fire life safety, emergency response procedures, and risk management practices is an advantage.
