Mô tả công việc:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the hotel’s Food Safety Management System (FSMS), ensuring compliance with HACCP, ISO standards, and food safety regulations.
- Conduct regular food safety and hygiene inspections, audits, and operational checks across all food receiving, storage, preparation, and service areas.
- Maintain accurate and audit-ready food safety documentation, records, corrective actions, training files, and compliance reports.
- Coordinate food safety training, coaching, and awareness programs for Culinary, Food & Beverage, and other relevant associates.
- Monitor non-conformities, drive corrective actions, and work closely with department leaders to continuously improve food safety and hygiene standards.
- Support sustainability initiatives related to food waste reduction, sanitation practices, responsible sourcing, and environmental compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure operational readiness for inspections, audits, licensing requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Previous experience in Food Safety, Hygiene, Quality Assurance, or a similar role within a hotel, resort, food service, or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), and relevant food safety standards, preferably ISO 22000.
- Excellent organizational, documentation, and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication, training, and coaching skills with the ability to influence and engage teams across departments.
- Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach with strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
