Cluster Canteen Commis
- 1. OperationPrepare ingredients, cook, and present meals for the staff canteen according to recipes and quality standards.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure consistent food quality.
- Check the taste, texture, and appearance of dishes before service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the canteen kitchen section and equipment.
- Assist in monitoring inventory of cooking ingredients and report supply needs.
- Minimize wastage and control food costs within the canteen kitchen.
- 2. Health, Safety & ComplianceFollow HACCP and hotel hygiene standards at all times.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of all food items and ingredients.
- Report any hygiene, safety, or equipment issues to the Supervisor immediately.
