Cluster Chief Steward Cum Hygiene
- OperationManage all stewarding operations including cleaning of kitchens, equipment, utensils, and storage areas.
- Oversee and enforce all hygiene and sanitation practices across the kitchen and F&B areas.
- Supervise, train, and schedule the stewarding team.
- Control inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment; place orders as needed.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling programs effectively.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of cleaning chemicals.
- Inspect all kitchen equipment and utensils regularly for cleanliness and maintenance.
- Coordinate with Engineering for equipment repair and maintenance.
- Hygiene & Compliance
- Develop, implement, and monitor HACCP standards and food safety protocols.
- Conduct regular hygiene inspections and audits in all kitchen areas.
- Train kitchen and stewarding staff on hygiene procedures and chemical safety.
- Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of hygiene inspections and cleaning schedules.
- Investigate and resolve any hygiene or sanitation issues promptly.
