Cluster Laundry Supervisor
- Supervise the work in Laundry and ensure the work quality is up to standard.
- Check on the work of the staff, making sure they follow the proper procedure.
- Handle all service matters to guests in the station.
- Responsible for cleaning guest room linen, F&B linen, and uniforms.
- Strictly follow the Lost and Found procedure.
- Be aware of daily hotel activities and possess product knowledge of all hotel facilities.
- Maintain proper grooming at all times and attend training classes as per schedule.
- Show fullest cooperation within the team and other departments.
- Conduct daily briefings, supervise, and train staff in day-to-day laundry operations.
- Ensure guest laundry, dry cleaning, and pressing are completed according to department standards and procedures.
- Ensure all guest requests are promptly attended to.
- Liaise with the floor supervisor to ensure smooth operation between Housekeeping and the Laundry Department.
- Record guests' and staff laundry lists accurately and post bills accurately in a timely manner.
- Process all departmental paperwork including monthly reports on linen/uniform expenses and inventory.
- Check all laundry machinery to ensure regular cleaning and report machine defects to Engineering.
- Ensure team members use laundry equipment properly and keep them in good condition.
- Keep strict control and records of items sent for laundering by staff members.
- Coordinate and update daily operations to the Cluster Executive Housekeeper.

- Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
- Strong commitment to service excellence and professional standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Relevant professional certifications and English proficiency are advantages, depending on the
- position.
