Cluster Staff Canteen Chef
- Operation
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations in the staff canteen kitchen to serve balanced and high-quality meals for all employees.
- Plan monthly/weekly staff menus that are varied, balanced, and cost-effective.
- Train, guide, and motivate canteen kitchen staff to maintain meal quality and service timeliness.
- Monitor food inventory, control food costs, and minimize wastage during high-volume meal periods.
- Inspect food preparation and cooking processes to ensure taste, quality, and portion control standards.
- Enforce strict HACCP and food safety regulations throughout the canteen kitchen.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained, cleaned, and operated safely.
- Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with hotel safety, health, security, and food safety standards (HACCP).
- Prevent the use of expired or contaminated products and enforce strict personal hygiene.
