Cluster Steward Supervisor
- Supervise dishwashers, general cleaners, garbage handlers, silver-cleaners, and night cleaners.
- Ensure all new team members are adequately instructed in operating dishwashing machines and handling chinaware, glassware, silverware, kitchen equipment, and other tasks assigned by the Executive Steward.
- Ensure personal cleanliness and proper deportment of all supervised employees.
- Maintain cleanliness in all stewarding storerooms and workspaces at all times.
- Ensure proper sanitation standards are met by maintaining local health and sanitation codes.
- Ensure proper garbage sorting and that all Food & Beverage garbage is removed from all operational areas and transferred to the garbage room.
- Take inventory of operating equipment and cleaning supplies.
- Report directly to the Executive Steward when an emergency arises that cannot be handled independently.
- Ensure kitchen and service colleagues are properly briefed on preventing the overloading of operating equipment in dishwashing and kitchen areas to avoid breakages.
- Prepare weekly duty rosters and Public Holiday / Vacation Leave charts for Steward Attendants.
- Suggest ideas and ways to improve the Stewarding Department.

- qualification applicable to the position and commensurate with the position level
- Relevant experience in a similar position and/or within a similar scale of operation, commensurate
- with the position level.
- Good knowledge of relevant SOPs, operational standards, health & safety requirements, and
- workplace regulations.
- Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
- Strong commitment to service excellence and professional standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Relevant professional certifications and English proficiency are advantages, depending on the
- position.
