F&B - Food & Beverage Attendant
- Pre-Service Preparation
- Inspect the work area to ensure cleanliness, readiness, and sufficient supplies.
- Set up dining tables according to established standards.
- Review the menu and be knowledgeable about menu items, promotions, and special offers.
- Guest Reception
- Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and assist with seating.
- Introduce the menu and provide recommendations when appropriate.
- Answer guest inquiries regarding food and beverage offerings.
- Order Taking & Processing
- Accurately record orders, including quantities and any special requests.
- Submit orders to the kitchen and bar following established procedures.
- Monitor the preparation and delivery status of orders.
- Food & Beverage Service
- Serve food and beverages to the correct guests and tables in a timely manner.
- Confirm any allergies, dietary restrictions, or special requests with guests when necessary.
- Assist with clearing and replacing tableware and refilling beverages.
- Payment & Guest Farewell
- Offer desserts or after-meal beverages when appropriate.
- Assist guests with the payment process by coordinating with the cashier or presenting the bill.
- Thank guests and provide a courteous farewell.
- Cleaning & Resetting
- Clear and reset tables after guest departure.
- Clean and organize the service area in preparation for the next guests.
- Report any damaged, broken, or missing equipment to the supervisor.
- Other Duties
- Assist with banquet setup and event service operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Restaurant Manager.
- Working 5.5 days per week.
- Full salary and service charge provided during the probation period.
