F&B - Hostess Cum Cashier
- Guest Reception
- Welcome guests with a friendly, courteous, and professional attitude.
- Confirm reservations and assist guests with table bookings when required.
- Escort guests to appropriate tables, giving priority to VIP guests when applicable.
- Answer guest inquiries and provide information about products and services.
- Information & Guest Assistance
- Introduce available services, promotions, and special offers.
- Identify guests' needs and refer them to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Receive and manage table reservations accurately and efficiently.
- Cashiering & Payment Processing
- Verify, print, and present bills to guests.
- Process cash, credit card, and electronic payment transactions accurately.
- Maintain and file transaction records and supporting documents.
- Reporting & Data Management
- Prepare daily revenue reports for management review.
- Maintain and update guest information records.
- Assist with cash counts and cash float reconciliation in accordance with company procedures.
- Other Duties
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter and reception area.
- Assist in designing and printing food labels, menu cards, and promotional materials.
- Support restaurant service operations when required.
- Working 5.5 days per week.
- Full salary and service charge provided during the probation period.
