Mô tả công việc:
- Business Performance
- Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving bar revenue, average-check, productivity and expense targets through effective shift supervision.
- Check and control beverage stock, garnishes, glassware, bar tools, menus, linen and operating equipment; report shortages, damage, breakage and variances.
- Monitor beverage sales, covers, average check, product mix, guest feedback, upselling and team productivity; report variances and operational concerns to the Restaurant Manager.
- Drive beverage revenue through product recommendations, upselling, promotions and appropriate table or bar-seat utilization while keeping the guest experience the priority.
- 2. OperationSupervise bar service SOPs, beverage recipes, presentation standards, opening and closing procedures and outlet standards during each shift.
- Verify POS transactions, checks, discounts, voids, complimentary items, cash handling, requisitions and end-of-shift reports in line with hotel controls.
- Ensure guests receive warm, engaging and consistent bar service in line with brand and Accor standards.
- Inspect bar readiness, cleanliness, lighting, music, ambience, mise-en-place and equipment condition before and during service; correct deficiencies promptly.
- Coordinate with Culinary on bar snacks, garnishes, food quality, service timing, unavailable items, allergies, special requests and guest recovery.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings covering reservations, VIPs, product availability, promotions, responsible alcohol service, task allocation and service priorities.
- Report maintenance, cleaning, refrigeration, ice-machine, safety and pest-control issues and follow up with the relevant departments.
- Control bar setup, station assignments, mise-en-place, guest flow, table allocation and opening or closing duties during the assigned shift.
- Team Management
- Support the Restaurant Manager with onboarding, orientation and practical assessment of bartenders and bar service employees.
- Coach bartenders and F&B attendants during service and identify development needs.
- Provide factual performance feedback and contribute to employee probation and performance reviews.
- Monitor team members' grooming, attendance, punctuality, attitude, beverage knowledge and professional conduct.
- Assist in delivering the bar training plan and maintain accurate attendance, recipe and skills records.
- Allocate bar stations, service areas, breaks and side duties according to forecasted business and operational priorities.
- Communicate shift sales, guest feedback, incidents, stock variances, pending tasks and handover information to the Restaurant Manager and next shift.
- Remain visible at the bar and on the floor, monitor beverage preparation and service delivery, and assist the team during peak periods.
- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Management.

- qualification applicable to the position and commensurate with the position level
- Relevant experience in a similar position and/or within a similar scale of operation, commensurate
- with the position level.
- Good knowledge of relevant SOPs, operational standards, health & safety requirements, and
- workplace regulations.
- Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
- Strong commitment to service excellence and professional standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Relevant professional certifications and English proficiency are advantages, depending on the
- position.
