Bartender Team Leader | Trưởng Ca Pha Chế
- Operational Management
- Ensure all mise-en-place for cocktails and beverages is prepared before service.
- Supervise bar setup and staffing to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
- Monitor stock levels, ordering, inventory control, and cost management to maximize profitability.
- Conduct daily briefings to update the team on VIP guests, special requests, and operational matters.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all bar areas.
- Team Leadership & Training
- Provide training and guidance to bartenders.
- Monitor team performance and report progress to management.
- Ensure team members maintain grooming standards and professional conduct.
- Administrative & General Duties
- Oversee shift handover and closing procedures.
- Maintain strong knowledge of resort facilities and services.
- Perform additional duties assigned by management.
- 100% salary during the probation period (2 months)
- Monthly allowance: VND 2,400,000

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel or resort bar operation.
- Strong knowledge of bar operations, setup, wine, cocktails, and beverage service standards.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 15kg.
- Additional courses relating to further knowledge of wine, cocktails etc. are also preferred.
- Cocktail-making, beverage service and garnishing.
