Cluster Assistant IT Manager
- Support the Cluster IT Manager in the daily management and operation of IT services across the assigned properties.
- Ensure the smooth operation of hotel IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, computers, telecommunication systems and other technology equipment.
- Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting to hotel colleagues and departments.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, maintenance and upgrade of IT hardware and software.
- Monitor network performance, system availability and IT-related issues, and coordinate corrective actions when required.
- Support the administration of user accounts, system access, data security and IT security controls.
- Assist in maintaining IT inventory, software licenses, documentation and equipment records.
- Coordinate with IT vendors and external service providers for maintenance, support and technical projects.
- Support hotel applications and systems such as PMS, POS, Wi-Fi, CCTV, telephone and other operational technology systems.
- Assist with the implementation of new IT systems, upgrades and technology projects across the cluster.
- Provide IT support for hotel meetings, events and special operational requirements.
- Ensure IT practices comply with IHG standards, company policies and information security requirements.
- Support IT setup, testing and implementation during the hotel pre-opening phase.
- Provide guidance and technical support to IT team members when required.

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of IT support experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking and troubleshooting.
- Experience with hotel IT systems is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Proactive, responsible and able to work effectively in a fast-paced pre-opening environment.
