F&B - Restaurant Supervisor
- Operations Supervision & Coordination
- Inspect restaurant setup and readiness before service hours.
- Assign duties, prepare work schedules, and arrange staff shifts.
- Ensure service procedures are followed in accordance with established standards.
- Service Quality Management
- Supervise staff performance throughout the shift and provide guidance on service standards and professional conduct when necessary.
- Receive and promptly handle guest complaints and feedback.
- Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction and dining experience.
- People Management
- Train, coach, and guide new team members.
- Conduct periodic performance evaluations.
- Motivate employees and implement disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Asset Management & Reporting
- Conduct regular inventory checks of restaurant equipment, tools, and assets.
- Report any damaged, missing, or malfunctioning equipment and supplies.
- Prepare shift reports, revenue reports, and operational incident reports for submission to the Restaurant Manager.
- Support & Collaboration
- Assist with service operations during peak hours when required.
- Coordinate closely with the Kitchen, Bar, and Cashier teams to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
- Working 5.5 days per week.
- Full salary and service charge provided during the probation period.
