FIN - Finance Intern

• Learning & Skill Development
• Learn and practise basic accounting and bookkeeping processes according to the resort's procedures.
• Learn to use accounting software and financial reporting systems.
• Understand the resort's revenue, cost control, and internal control procedures.
• Administrative & Documentation Support
• Assist with filing, organising, and archiving financial documents and records.
• Support the preparation and checking of invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Assist with data entry and reconciliation of financial transactions.
• Reporting Support
• Support the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports as directed.
• Assist with reconciling accounts and identifying discrepancies under guidance.
• Communication & Learning
• Communicate effectively with other departments to gather necessary financial information.
• Actively participate in training sessions and required meetings to develop skills.
• Adhere to the resort's policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.
• General
• Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Monthly allowance 2.500.000 - 3.500.000
• Working time: 9.5 hours/day, 2 days off per week

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a College degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related fieldWorking experience: No prior experience required; internship or part-time experience in an accounting/finance role is a plus.

Professional knowledge and skills

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficient in Excel and basic computer software; willingness to learn accounting systems.
• Good numerical and organisational skills.
