Human Resources Supervisor (C&B) | Giám Sát Nhân Sự (Lương & Phúc Lợi)
- Manage timekeeping and check employees’ annual leave, public holiday compensatory leave, and overtime hours.
- Process monthly payroll and prepare payslips for employees.
- Manage employees’ annual leave, public holiday compensatory leave, and overtime records.
- Calculate monthly service charge payments based on revenue.
- Prepare labor reports.
- Process increases and decreases in employees’ Social Insurance contributions.
- Handle Social Insurance book and Health Insurance card procedures as required.
- Process Social Insurance benefits for employees, including sickness, antenatal check-ups, maternity, and other applicable benefits.
- Complete Social Insurance procedures for employees upon termination of employment.
- Reconcile Social Insurance payments based on employee increases and decreases with the Social Insurance authority and Finance Department.
- Prepare Social Insurance reports.
- Register Tax Identification Numbers for employees.
- Register dependent tax deductions for employees.
- Handle annual Personal Income Tax finalization.
- Prepare Personal Income Tax reports and issue Personal Income Tax withholding certificates.
- Update the list of employees covered by accident and health insurance, including local and expatriate employees.
- Support employees with private insurance claims and reimbursement procedures.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably in Human Resources or Personnel Management.
- At least two years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in Compensation and Benefits (C&B).
- Experience in an international hotel or resort is preferred.
- Knowledge of Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Social Insurance software, tax declaration software, and Human Resources Management software.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Good command of English.
