Quality & Sustainability Assistant Manager
- Quality Management SupportAssist in the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS), including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
- Support internal audits, inspections, and compliance checks; help document findings and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Assist in analyzing operational data, guest feedback, and performance indicators to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies under the guidance of the Manager
- Sustainability & Environmental Initiatives
- Assist in executing sustainability programs related to waste management, energy efficiency, water conservation, and resource optimization
- Support monitoring of environmental performance metrics and sustainability KPIs
- Help ensure daily operational practices align with sustainability goals and environmental regulations
- Participate in supplier and vendor sustainability assessments when required
- Training & Communication
- Support the development and delivery of training programs on quality standards, sustainability practices, and compliance requirements
- Assist in raising awareness among employees about quality, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement culture
- Prepare draft reports, dashboards, and presentations on quality and sustainability performance for management review
- Compliance & Coordination
- Support coordination with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies as directed by the Manager
- Assist in maintaining proper documentation, records, and certification requirements
- Help identify potential quality or environmental risks and escalate issues proactively

- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in quality management, sustainability, or a related field (hospitality, operations, or manufacturing preferred)
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or similar management systems
- Familiarity with continuous improvement tools and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, etc.)
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and track KPIs
- Understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability best practices
- Experience supporting audits and corrective action processes
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal); Vietnamese is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with ERP or quality systems is a plus
