FO - Duty Manager

Operational Supervision

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of all departments during the shift.
• Ensure all guest services are delivered in line with resort standards.
• Monitor cleanliness, safety, and service quality throughout the property.

Guest Relations

• Be the main contact for VIPs, long-stay guests, or guests with special requests.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure a personalized and welcoming experience for all guests.

Crisis & Emergency Handling

• Act as the Manager on Duty in case of emergencies (medical, fire, power outage, etc.).
• Ensure all incidents are documented and reported to senior management.

Team Coordination & Support

• Assist and support front office, housekeeping, F&B, and security teams as needed.
• Ensure departments are adequately staffed and functioning efficiently.
• Conduct shift briefings and communicate important updates to teams.

Administrative Duties

• Prepare daily shift reports, including guest issues, VIP arrivals, incidents, etc.
• Monitor room availability and coordinate with reservations/reception for any overbooking or early departures.
• Ensure handover between shifts is clear and complete.

• Working 5.5 days per week.
• Full salary and service charge provided during the probation period.

• College or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the applied position., preferably in a 4-5 star hotel/resort.
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong knowledge of OPERA PMS.
