Marketing Executive
- Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel features/services, hours of operation, function space, entertainment options, menus, floral decoration options, and scheduled daily group activities.
- Prepare promotional press releases on personalities among hotel guests/associates and noteworthy hotel events.
- Coordinate the production of posters, publication of hotel newsletters and flyers for associates and the public, as well as other printed materials.
- Direct commissioned photographers for VIP visits, shows, and special events.
- Monitor and update information, content, and postings on the hotel’s website and other digital platforms.
- Handle administrative requirements for the Marcom department.
- Work with other departments to coordinate guest lists and invitations for VIP receptions, luncheons, dinners, etc.
- Attend to client and media complaints, requests, and inquiries.
- Assist with hosting media, planned press conferences, and other press activities.
- Maintain and update media contact lists for sending press releases covering special events and promotions to trade, group, and consumer publications on a regular basis.
- Maintain and update the digital photography/slides library.
- Analyze and evaluate the performance of marketing and promotional campaigns.

- Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
- Strong commitment to service excellence and professional standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Relevant professional certifications and English proficiency are advantages, depending on the
- position.
