Public Area Supervisor
- 1. OperationParticipate in daily briefings.
- Constantly remind and meet with all Public Area staff on the importance of Standard Operating Procedures for all areas of responsibility.
- Conduct quality control inspections of all areas of the hotel and share results with the team.
- Work with Engineering to maintain areas of the hotel to the highest standards and assist in scheduling periodic property maintenance.
- Conduct daily briefings for all Public Area staff and monthly meetings with the Cluster Executive Housekeeper and Cluster Assistant Housekeeping Manager.
- 2. Team Management
- Interview, select, and recommend potential Public Area Attendants.
- Identify and develop team members with potential.
- Conduct performance reviews with the team.
- Constantly monitor team members’ appearance, attitude, and degree of professionalism.
- Develop, conduct, and maintain all staff training programs for team members, focusing on their development needs and providing them with new skills to meet the changing needs of the business.
- Prepare weekly staff schedules keeping in mind anticipated business.
- Prepare monthly reports for monthly attendance in preparation for payroll.
- Supervise cleanliness of departmental areas by conducting daily walkthroughs.
- Perform other duties assigned by Management.

- Relevant experience in a similar position and/or within a similar scale of operation, commensurate

- Good knowledge of relevant SOPs, operational standards, health & safety requirements, and
- workplace regulations.
- Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
- Strong commitment to service excellence and professional standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Relevant professional certifications and English proficiency are advantages, depending on the
- position.
